Isaac, 4

Isaac, holding a measuring tape along my arm:  "Mama!  You weigh up to ten minutes!"

Hannah, 6 & Isaac, 4

Hearing a commotion in Isaac's room, I walk in to find both kids jumping around singing, clapping, praising God with all their hearts!  This is what I could capture and remember of their new songs to God!

Isaac:  If you are lonely and sitting in a chair.  Without a mother or father or brother or sister.  There is one Man who can come to you.  His name is Jesus!  Jesus!  Jesus!  JESUS!  He is strong.  And courageous.  And mighty.  And good!  If there is a karate statue, Jesus can come and make it a person.  And then he will do karate.  But Jesus will make him a good person.  Everyone lift up your hands and shout to JESUS!  JESUS!  Jesus and His angels can come while you are sleeping and wake you up.

Hannah:  God and His angels come, too.  Fill my heart with something new.  Angels are floating and flying gracefully.  They are flying around me in a group.  Everyday I step outside I see a twinkling star.  I look up and see it is the apple of my eye.  I go to see the animals grow.  I pet a kitten and say, "you are blessed!"  I see a panther; it is the grace that is in my heart.  I know what I am doing and seeing in my heart.  Lift your hands up to praise!  Let's jump around for joy because the King is coming!  C'mon, let's praise until the Lightness comes.  The Key of God.  God!  So, my heart is broken.  You fill it up, then it feels better when I praise.  It feels so good inside!  Cause my heart is my faith!  God wants us to look for faith!  He wants us to look for faith!  He wants us to look at faith!  He wants to make us a rainbow!   He wants to make us a rainbow of joy, a rainbow of peace.  C'mon let's clap your hands!  So my heart burns.  So my heart burns but doesn't rise.  It's just You alone.  And my heart burns.  It's just You alone on the throne.  It's You alone on the throne!

Isaac, 3

Isaac: "Mama, I like the legos you got for me. But the thing I like the most is God. Toys are not something to worship."

Isaac, 3

Papa:  "What do you want to be when you grow up?"
Isaac:  "I just want to be a father."
Papa:  "But what job will you do?"
Isaac:  "I will just make money."
Papa:  "How?"
Isaac:  "I will make money with kindness."

Isaac, 3

Isaac, concerned about his jeans being unbuttoned: "Mama! My pants are uncoupled!"

Isaac, 3

Sam had a bad sinus headache and was resting on the couch, Isaac walks up to him, puts one hand on his head and one on his chest and prays: "Pain, leave Papa's body right now in the name of Jesus!"

Hannah, 5

I read to Hannah and Isaac a story of Jesus healing a cripple.  Hannah leaned back and said with a big smile and genuine enthusiasm:  "Oh!  He's so awesome!"
